How to Deal with Issues on the GIGABYTE GV-R545OC-512I

It is important to keep the graphics card driver updated to prevent corruption and other issues. However, there are instances when updates cause problems instead of progress. If the Roll Back Driver method didn’t repair the problem, then perform a system restore to return to the previous state. Follow these steps.
  • First, log in to the PC as the administrator > Click on Start > Go to All Programs > Click on Accessories > Click on System Tools > Choose System Restore > Click the radio button beside Restore my computer to an earlier time then click Next.
  • Click any of the available dates that display in bold > Click a particular restore point located in the right box then click Next > Click Next to Confirm Restore Point Selection page > Once completed, restart the PC.
In case these procedures have resolved the issue, then you should be done. But if it didn’t, you would need to uninstall the current graphics card driver and use the GIGABYTE GV-R545OC installer disc. Follow these steps.
  • Click on Start > Go to Control Panel > Double-click System > Go to Hardware tab > Click on Device Manager button > Click the plus (+) sign beside Display Adapters > Right-click on Gigabyte graphics card driver and click Uninstall > Restart the computer once completed > Insert the installer disc and follow the steps to install the driver properly.
