To remove the faulty video card driver, follow these steps.- Click on Start > Go to Control Panel > Double-click System > Go to Hardware tab > Click on Device Manager button > Click the plus (+) sign beside Display Adapters > Right-click on Gigabyte graphics card driver and click Properties > Click the Driver tab > Click Roll Back Driver > Restart the computer once completed.
- First, log in to the PC as the administrator > Click on Start > Go to All Programs > Click on Accessories > Click on System Tools > Choose System Restore > Click the radio button beside Restore my computer to an earlier time then click Next.
- Click any of the available dates that display in bold > Click a particular restore point located in the right box then click Next > Click Next to Confirm Restore Point Selection page > Once completed, restart the PC.
- Click on Start > Go to Control Panel > Double-click System > Go to Hardware tab > Click on Device Manager button > Click the plus (+) sign beside Display Adapters > Right-click on Gigabyte graphics card driver and click Uninstall > Restart the computer once completed > Insert the installer disc and follow the steps to install the driver properly.
